Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide via DHL. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote area, DHL ensures that your package reaches you.
Shipping Times & Costs:
International Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Domestic Shipping:
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow your package’s journey.
Tracking Your Order:
All orders are fully trackable. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the DHL website or through the link provided in the email.
Customs & Duties:
For all orders outside the UAE, customs, taxes, and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices, and customers are responsible for covering any additional charges upon delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If DHL attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they will leave a notification for you to reschedule or arrange a pickup. After three failed delivery attempts, your package will be returned to us, and re-shipping costs may apply.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Any shipping delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) are beyond our control, though we will do our best to assist in any way possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Belong is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at [email or phone number], and we will work with DHL to resolve the issue.
